Dear Families,
As we celebrate the 2025–2026 school year, we are excited to invite you to our End-of-Year Picnic! The picnic will take place on Thursday, May 21st, from 11:45 – 12:30PM. During this time, classes will gather outside on the field in designated areas marked by large helium balloons for each grade level.
If you haven’t already filled out the form, please do so as soon as possible – the form will close on Wedensday, May 20th.
ONLY ONE FORM IS NEEDED PER FAMILY.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the school office or your child’s teacher.

In order for us to get a more accurate count for classes next year, we would like to know if your family is returning to Highlands next year. You do not need to include current 5th graders who will be moving to 6th grade. Please fill out one form per family!

Please take a moment to check our Lost and Found for any items that may belong to your student. All Lost and Found items will be displayed and available for pickup during the following events:
All-School Picnic on May 21.
Any items that have not been claimed by Thursday, May 21st will be donated the following day. Thank you for helping us reunite students with their belongings!

Innovation Center Summer Programming
There’s Still Time to Register for Innovation Center Summer Programming!
From outdoor exploration and creative design to coding, aeronautics, music innovation, and more, the Innovation Center’s summer programs offer engaging opportunities for a wide range of interests and age levels. Open to students entering grades 1-12, these hands-on experiences are designed to inspire curiosity, develop new skills, and foster meaningful connections. Sessions take place throughout June and July at Timberline PK-8, Trail Ridge Middle, and Frederick High.
