Hello! I have been a part of the Highlands family since 2023. My overarching goal each year is to inspire curiosity and questioning in a classroom community built on mutual respect, responsibility, accountability, and integrity.

I moved to Erie in August 2021 from Dallas, Texas and immediately started teaching fourth grade at Soaring Heights before moving over to Highlands. Throughout the last decade I have taught fourth, first, and second grades and served as an instructional coach to help good teachers become great teachers.

I view parents and caregivers as essential partners in the learning and growing process. I plan to communicate regularly, and I hope you will be comfortable reaching out to me with any questions or concerns regarding your child’s academic or social needs. I want us to work together and make positive changes because your child’s success is paramount.

In my free time I enjoy hiking, traveling, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with my husband Bryan and two dogs, Chico and Fiona.
