Bio
’m so excited to be a part of the leadership team for Highlands Elementary! I am from Iowa and currently teach fourth grade in West Liberty, Iowa. I have been an elementary teacher for the last six years in second, third, and fourth. I am very passionate about my students and creating learning environments that allow them to explore and ask questions, grow, and succeed at their own pace. Personally, I have lived in Iowa City, Iowa for the last ten years and plan on moving to the area this summer! I love reading, cooking, caring for my plants, and spending time with my friends and family. I have an Olde English Bulldogge, whose name is Dexter. He is three years old and spoiled rotten! I’m so excited to be joining the St. Vrain district and the Erie community!

ParentSquare: Our New District Communication Tool
