for reaching their Fun Run goal!!!
Way to go Hawks!

First graders had some Halloween-themed math fun this week with our first Math Mystery! Someone stole some tricking treats and it was up to us to use our math and decoding skills to solve 5 clues and determine the culprit! We had to put numbers in order, count, add, and subtract to solve the mystery!

Dear Parents/Guardians
December 1st, is the date to begin registration for the 2024-25 kindergarten year. Any preschooler who is moving to kindergarten next year must register their student for kindergarten. We recommend parents sign up as soon as they can as this gives us a more accurate count for staffing’s and class sizes. The window for this enrollment period is from December 1st through December 15th. Any families who are outside of Highlands attendance boundaries will need to fill out an open enrollment form along with the registration form. More details will be given in our next newsletter just before Thanksgiving break.
Please feel free to let any new families or neighbors know that the kindergarten registration period is open. We appreciate your help in spreading the word.
